Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Specialist to lead our residential program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and at least one year of experience in providing behavioral services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children in our child residential program
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and training to staff members in RBT certification

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • At least one year of experience in providing behavioral services
