Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dialysis Technician Specialist to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients suffering from end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
* Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
* Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and provide support to build long-term relationships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership, under the supervision of a registered nurse

Requirements
* Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
* High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
* Ability to work long hours (some shifts may exceed 12 hours) on your feet, with physical and mental stamina to perform duties safely and effectively
