We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Renal Therapist in Acute Care. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospital setting where you will be providing nephrology care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Renal Therapist, you will conduct patient observations, oversee dialysis treatments, and coordinate care with other clinicians.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in multiple renal therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and improving patient health through quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • CURRENT RN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF PRACTICE REQUIRED;
  • ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN NURSING (A.D.N) FROM ACCREDITED SCHOOL OF NURSING REQUIRED;
  • YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING THAT CAN BE HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (ICU), CRITICAL CARE UNIT (CCU), EMERGENCY ROOM (ER), OR MEDICAL SURGICAL (MED SURG) EXPERIENCE;
  • CERTIFIED NEPHROLOGY NURSE (CNN) OR CERTIFIED DIALYSIS NURSE (CDN);
