As an Eligibility Services Specialist, you will undergo a comprehensive 6-8 week paid training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills to assist adults and families effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role is vital in facilitating access to various programs and support services. Daily tasks will include:
- Reviewing applications for assistance and assessing eligibility.
- Engaging with clients via telephone to gather, confirm, or update financial and demographic data.
- Utilizing computer systems to accurately document information.

Your contributions will be measured against productivity benchmarks to ensure that our clients receive timely and efficient service.
