Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Foster Care Specialist to join our team. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will work closely with children and adolescents, their foster parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement support plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
  • Conduct assessments and interviews to ensure children are in safe and nurturing environments
  • Facilitate home visits and attend court hearings and school meetings as needed
  • Provide documentation and ensure timely reporting and contractual requirements are met

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20-$22/hour
  • Additional $3/hour pay rate differential for working with clients on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
  • 40+ hours of paid training and support in the first 60 days

Requirements
