Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Freedom Graphic Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our direct mail and print products. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in verifying job instructions, maintaining current knowledge of postal regulations, and ensuring all jobs meet applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing folding mock-ups, inserting signoffs, scanning RTMs, packaging, and sending samples to clients.
  • Verify job instructions by comparing to client matrix, CM Matrix, mockups, postal regulation color, folds, orientation, component order, paper size, paper type, variable and static imaging.
  • Signoff on checklist after ensuring jobs are correct according to the job instructions and various documents provided by the client.
  • Maintain current knowledge of various postal regulations and ensure that all jobs meet the applicable standards.

Requirements
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi-task within a customer service environment, able to work well with co-workers.
  • Fast learner, with strong problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, basic PC skills including Microsoft products.
  • Must know USPS regulations related to self-mailers and letters.
  • Basic math skills including working with fractions and decimals, able to read a ruler down to 1/32 of an inch.

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in the Direct Mail or Print industry preferred, but not required.
