  • Supervise Grain Facility Operations and Quality Control: Supervise the operations of the grain facility, ensuring that all quality control measures are in place to meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Meet Volume Goals and Regulatory Requirements: Meet volume goals, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Enforce Safety Policies and Maintain a Clean Facility: Enforce safety policies, maintain a clean and safe facility, and ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with safety procedures.
  • Handle Other Assigned Tasks Effectively: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Agricultural Sales and Retail Management: Proven experience in agricultural sales and retail management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Mechanical Aptitude and Knowledge of Machines and Tools: Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machines and tools, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Effective Communication Skills and Ability to Multitask: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
