Corporate Affairs Coordinator

Position Summary
The Corporate Affairs Coordinator will deliver administrative support to various offices and manufacturing sites while assisting Korean expatriates assigned from headquarters. This role encompasses the management of the Company's Vehicle Leasing Program for managerial staff and serves as the organizer for distinguished events such as VIP visits and the Outstanding Team Member Recognition Program. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee international travel arrangements, draft newsletters for management, and collaborate with the Human Resources Department on daily tasks and annual functions. This position is integral to the operations of MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC.

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a premier supplier of Battery System Assembly (BSA) and Power Electronics (PE) systems, essential components in the production of electric vehicles, leveraging cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the office environment and manage office supplies and equipment across all locations, including printers, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
- Procure routine and specialized office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and managing maintenance requests.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors and enhance supplier options through effective negotiation.
- Design and manage the Company's Internal Travel Program for all employees, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely payment of travel invoices.
- Administer the Vehicle Leasing Program, assisting managerial staff with vehicle ordering, registration, and timely invoice payments.
- Contribute to annual business planning, submitting requests for travel budgets and monitoring expenditures through SAP systems.
- Support the Human Resources Department in organizing both new and recurring events.
- Prepare the work environment for new hires, including name tags, keys, and badges.
- Assist managers during VIP visits and recognition events, including photography and managing workplace improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies in document management.
- Coordinate with incoming Korean expatriates to facilitate housing, utilities, social security, driver's licenses, and school admissions for their children.
- Provide on-call support to Korean expatriates as required.
- Assist with the logistics of expatriate out-processing upon their return to Korea.
- HR administrative services may be provided to nearby Hyundai MOBIS affiliates as necessary.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in HR administration and departmental budgeting.
- Experience in a dynamic industrial manufacturing setting is preferred.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to formulate, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Vehicle Leasing Programs.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, with SAP experience preferred.
- Capacity to multitask, engage in active learning, and implement processes effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Working Conditions:
