Job Summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Recruit, interview, and select employees to fill vacant positions, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in safety committees and conduct facility walk-throughs to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
  • Administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
  • Ensure plant compliance with FLSA regulations and assist management in union avoidance activities.
  • Conduct training sessions and investigations as needed.
  • Enter new hire paperwork and status changes into the HRIS system and review and submit payroll.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment, with 4 years of experience managing people or projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English a plus.
What We Offer

Niagara Bottling offers a competitive salary range of $114,000 to $163,489.42 per year, plus a 15% bonus target for Los Angeles County applicants. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records.
