Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive hourly rate: $31.00/hour
