Patient Care Technician

DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine patient assessments and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient care preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Competitive hourly rate: $31.00/hour
