Penray is seeking a skilled Production Line Operator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating filling machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate filling machines to fill bulk products into specific packaging
  • Maintain all equipment used in the filling department, including the Tube Filler
  • Ensure the area is sanitized and equipment is in good working order
  • Perform setup, troubleshooting, and inspection of machinery
  • Document all filling completion in the filling log
  • Check products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
  • Understand and meet production goals
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to operate the Tube Filler
  • Team-oriented and self-directed
  • Familiarity with machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and communication

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment
  • Ability to work overtime and some weekends
