Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting comprehensive audits and inspections.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough product audits and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Review and manage supplier and line scrap, ensuring proper disposition.
  • Test, sort, and rework components as required, adhering to NCMR protocols.
  • Perform incoming inspections to uphold quality standards.
  • Conduct quarterly torque verifications for over 75 instruments, documenting findings accurately.
  • Assist with in-house calibrations and support other assigned duties, including special projects and developmental activities.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database entry.
  • General experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to perform measurements and record data accurately.
  • Desired: Basic blueprint reading skills.
