Job Summary:

This 13-week assignment offers a diverse experience, allowing the successful candidate to develop and refine their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Providing direct patient care is a key aspect of this role. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration: As a critical care nurse, you will work closely with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. This includes communicating effectively with colleagues, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals.
  • Transfer and Discharge: You will be responsible for assisting with patient transfers and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition from hospital care to home or further treatment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records is crucial in this role. You will be expected to document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a critical care setting. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills, will make you an ideal candidate.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
