Role Summary:
We are currently in search of an Agricultural Sales Consultant focused on the Golden Harvest brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate access to a comprehensive and varied selection of crop hybrids.
2. Recruit, nurture, and oversee a network of professional resellers.
3. Engage in consultative selling, establishing recognized expertise and trust with clientele.
4. Deliver tailored plans and proposals to targeted clients through chosen distribution partners.
5. Generate demand at the customer level, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and interested in Syngenta solutions.
6. Mentor Seed Advisors on optimal product placement to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee operational budgets, variable selling costs, and marketing resources in accordance with district guidelines.
8. Formulate territory-specific business strategies and Seed Advisor plans that pinpoint key opportunities, critical success factors, and tactics for increasing sales within the territory.
