Your duties will encompass handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and various banking operations, alongside addressing customer questions and resolving concerns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong focus on detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Primary Duties:
- Execute customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by supporting clients with their banking requirements.
- Manage and reconcile cash drawers, ensuring the precise handling of cash and checks.
- Encourage and promote bank products and services to clients.
- Address customer inquiries and challenges swiftly and professionally.
- Comply with all banking policies, procedures, and security measures.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Prior experience in cash handling or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy is essential.
