Position Overview:
This role is situated within the GIRC team, part of the CIF organization, with a primary objective of delivering account reconciliation services to our business partners. Our team is dedicated to surpassing reconciliation standards and establishing ourselves as the primary provider of these services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting complex reconciliations
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise across various account types
- Ensuring Quality Assurance
- Implementing Process Improvements
- Developing relationships with business partners across different lines of business

The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Throughout this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in leadership, project management, mentoring, and quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP
- Advanced skills in Excel, including modeling and data manipulation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience in Financial Statement Analysis
- Comfort with complex Financial Products
