Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept, and working at our front desk to answer phones and respond to member inquiries.

You'll also be responsible for giving studio tours, working with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. Additionally, you'll participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure that all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members and present our concept
  • Work at the front desk to answer phones and respond to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours
  • Work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Sell memberships
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio
Requirements

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a team environment. If you're enthusiastic, positive, and can talk to anyone, we'd love to hear from you.

Full and part-time availability, with hourly pay plus monthly sales commissions. Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
