About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Enthusiast. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working at the front desk. Your passion for fitness and excellent communication skills will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and assisting members
  • Give studio tours and guide new clients through their first workout
  • Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle member concerns and participate in marketing events
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized
