About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness Belmont. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, and working at the front desk to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and present the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and provide information about our services
  • Work with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to potential clients
  • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
