Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients in treatment
- Assist patients with daily activities and tasks as needed
- Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns to the clinical team
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Strong empathy and active listening skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred
