Why Join Us?Compensation - $48,000 - $75,000 based on education and experience.Weekday Schedule - Work Monday through Friday with a consistent school-based schedule, no nights or weekends required. Relocation Assistance - Up to $10,000.00 to support your move.Your role as an Intervention Specialist:Develop and manage IEPs through the creating and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student with special needs working in a classroom setting.Monitor student progress through tracking and assessing student development, making necessary adjustments to keep them on the path to success. Responsible for managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior support plans. Work closely with paraprofessionals, support staff, and parents to build a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Advocate for students ensuring compliance with educational laws and advocate for the rights and needs of students with disabilities. Create a positive and engaging learning space where every student feels supported and can thrive. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid OH Teaching Certification in Special Education.Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff. Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
