About the Role:

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading provider of integrated behavioral healthcare services in Arizona. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing crisis and mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in crisis and inpatient units
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree from an accredited nursing school required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
  • At least 4 years of behavioral health RN experience, to include both involuntary/voluntary
  • Ability to work at all assigned units within hired region, as assigned per central scheduling
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for rerouting commute
