About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team at Choice Of New Rochelle In. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing case management and advocacy services to our clients with mental health or physical health illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
