Job Title: Vice President Operations

Murray Resources is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead our distribution operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize key functions and drive business growth.
  • Lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Manage and optimize operational workflows to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the logistics or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful operational strategies and driving process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices, operational metrics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
