Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Division Financial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Overseeing the completion of monthly close, financial forecasting, and annual operating plans to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Accounting role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven experience with SAP Software and ability to leverage its capabilities to drive business insights and growth.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
