Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve optimal admission/census goals and meet or exceed projections.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor sales and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals.
- Manage the development and implementation of health center marketing plans to maximize revenue.
- Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referrals.
- Lead the development and implementation of turn-around action plans for struggling properties.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Eight to ten years' experience in strategic marketing within the clinical care levels of continuing care retirement environments.
