Responsibilities- Support projects through all phases of design and construction, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering open communication and effective problem-solving.
- Participate in the design process, including due diligence, feasibility studies, and schematic design, balancing design intent with necessary code, programmatic, and budget requirements.
- Resolve technical and design issues with the team, ensuring accurate and high-quality project delivery documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Working towards licensure is preferred.
- 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Effective written, graphic, and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt.
- Able to work effectively with diverse team compositions.
- Effective at creative problem-solving.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
- Revit experience is preferred.
- Growing knowledge of building codes and local permitting.
