Responsibilities
  • Support projects through all phases of design and construction, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering open communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Participate in the design process, including due diligence, feasibility studies, and schematic design, balancing design intent with necessary code, programmatic, and budget requirements.
  • Resolve technical and design issues with the team, ensuring accurate and high-quality project delivery documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Working towards licensure is preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Effective written, graphic, and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt.
  • Able to work effectively with diverse team compositions.
  • Effective at creative problem-solving.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Revit experience is preferred.
  • Growing knowledge of building codes and local permitting.
