Job Summary

The MuleSoft Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MuleSoft integration solutions. The specialist will manage connectivity to various data sources and external APIs, implement error handling, and optimize integration flow performance.

The MuleSoft Integration Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure best practices are followed, and stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft integration solutions.
  • Configure and manage connectivity to various data sources and external APIs.
  • Implement error handling and fault tolerance in integration flows.
  • Conduct and participate in quality assurance activities.
  • Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of integration projects.
  • Define and maintain best practices for MuleSoft development, security, and deployment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft features, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Developer with a track record of successful integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience with MuleSoft.
  • 5+ years of experience with API and web service development.
  • MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration/development is a plus.
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere RPA is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP integration(s) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to creatively and practically find solutions.
  • Analytical ability to dissect complex processes and provide a clear path forward.
  • Self-driven individual capable of influencing delivery in a matrix organization.
Certifications
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (preferred but not required).
