Job Title: MuleSoft Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Technical Lead to join our team at Stellantis Financial Services US. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Design and develop high-availability and fault-tolerant integrations using MuleSoft with Salesforce.
  • Lead technical teams, including onshore/offshore MuleSoft developers, to ensure seamless connectivity across our ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user guides.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex integrations with MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in developing high-availability and fault-tolerant integrations using MuleSoft with Salesforce.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience leading technical teams, including onshore/offshore MuleSoft developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce/MuleSoft/3rd party integrations in an Auto Finance setting.
