The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with a focus on security and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, firewalls, and patches, as well as overseeing all system internal networks. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and analyzing system logs to identify potential issues.

As a Senior System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, from implementing new security technologies to developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures

Requirements
  • 15 years of directly related experience, including 8 years of DoD experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance, eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability to perform tasks related to the technical/professional discipline as a senior Test Engineer
  • Ability to oversee and guide the efforts of junior and mid-level engineers
  • Comprehensive understanding and ability to apply systems and test engineering standards, procedures, and practices
