Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Acquire new clients through leads and referrals, and develop strategies to retain existing relationships.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze clients' financial plans, and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their financial needs and provide exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to our full range of banking, lending, and investment products, and work with internal partners to deliver customized solutions.
  • Communication and Documentation: Utilize Salesforce CRM to document client interactions and maintain accurate records of client relationships.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience, and Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven success in a client-centric sales environment, with experience in cultivating relationships and generating revenue through exceptional service and product referrals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
