Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Idaho Falls Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing care to patients, including actions that meet psychosocial needs and communication needs within the nursing assistant's scope of practice.
  • Serve as department receptionist, receiving and transmitting messages or inquiries to the appropriate destination.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data input, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Stock patient rooms and specialty carts with necessary supplies.
  • Ensure patient daily hygiene needs are met under the direction of the bedside RN.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program.
  • Current unencumbered CNA certification.
  • Current BLS.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
