Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a unified vision for the campus, aligning with Fusion's mission and values.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive enrollment growth, academic achievement, and fiscal sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campus success.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or higher preferred.
- 3-5 years of successful school leadership experience, with a deep respect for teaching and learning.
- Experience in alternative or non-traditional education systems, with a passion for delivering mastery-based education.
- Strong business growth experience, including enrollment, student admissions, or other business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive base salary range: $95,000 - $105,000 USD.
- Performance bonuses for KPI achievement.
