Job Title: Swim Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at British Swim School. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching water safety and swim lessons to children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach engaging and fun swim lessons to children of all ages and abilities.
  • Work flexible shifts of 3-4 hours in a heated indoor pool in the Durham/Chapel Hill area.
  • Interact with parents and caregivers to ensure a positive experience for all.
  • Report to and support the Aquatics Leader in achieving our goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality.
  • Comfortable in and around the water.
  • Ability to work year-round, including summer months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children.
  • Swim experience: 1-2 years.
  • Lifeguarding certification strongly preferred.
  • Customer service skills.
