Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Deliver outstanding nursing care to a diverse patient demographic, prioritizing their health and satisfaction.
  • Electronic Medical Records Management: Proficiently utilize EMR systems to manage patient data, including ordering tests and medications, ensuring precision in documentation.
  • Collaborative Care Coordination: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and maintain high standards of care.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow established guidelines and procedures within the Medical Treatment Facility to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Assistance with Medical Procedures: Support various clinical procedures, including administering treatments and conducting assessments, in accordance with established protocols.
  • Equipment Oversight: Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of medical equipment, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Training and Mentorship: Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Be prepared to work various shifts as needed, providing nursing support during staff absences.

Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted vocational nursing license.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with pediatric and adolescent populations.
  • Current certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
  • Clear background checks related to child protective services and criminal history.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a residential healthcare facility.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with a structured work schedule, including 9-hour shifts and a non-paid lunch break. Flexibility in shift assignments may be required based on operational needs.
