Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, perform, and complete care to ensure optimal outcomes in clinical care, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Navigate electronic medical records (EMR) software to order studies, medications, create lab labels, and generate armbands for a large population, ensuring accuracy.
- Document nursing care in the ambulatory care setting efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes in clinical care, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted LVN license.
- 1 year of experience with pediatrics and adolescent medicine.
- First Aid/CPR certified.
- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CA/N) or child protective services check.
- Clean criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a residential facility.
