Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee a variety of business and technology projects in support of Seacoast Bank's strategic priorities. This role will play a key part in ensuring projects meet objectives on time, within scope, and on budget by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the bank.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, scheduling, and management from initiation to closure and lessons learned.
* Develop and socialize key project documentation, including project charters, plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, status updates, and closure reports, in accordance with PMO standards.
* Monitor progress against key milestones and communicate with stakeholders, documenting and escalating risks, issues, and blockers as necessary.
* Facilitate and manage third-party engagement in projects as required.
* Collaborate with lines of business to oversee project task completion.
* Monitor project performance from a schedule, risk, scope, and budget perspective.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, including scope, schedule, resource, budget, and risk updates.

Requirements:
* 4-year degree in business, management, computer science, entrepreneurship, marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale transformational efforts.
* PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
* Experience working in financial institutions is beneficial, or the ability to quickly grasp complex subject matters.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive sensible solutions at a tactical level.
* Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and build consensus.
