We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections to determine the source of pest activity, selecting and building solutions to remedy pest presence, and performing pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity and determine the best course of treatment.
  • Select and build solutions to remedy pest presence, including selecting and applying pest control products and services.
  • Perform pest treatments to create a pest-free environment, including operating and maintaining service vehicles and equipment.
  • Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits.
  • Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues, recommending appropriate services to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of pest control.
  • Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period.
