Qualifications: Must possess a high school diploma or GED, own a firearm, and have a valid Carry permit. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and capable of walking for extended periods of up to 8 hours.

Position Overview:

The Advanced Officer will be responsible for providing static security services across various high-value areas, including courtyards, offices, and pools. The primary objective is to ensure that all access points are secured and to protect both property and residents with a keen focus on detail and safety. This role may also involve training and mentoring both new and existing team members. The responsibilities outlined below are the minimum expectations, with additional duties specified in the site's Post Orders.

  • Strategic Planning: Proficient in engaging, communicating, planning, and executing daily security responsibilities while adhering to established deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of company metrics and executing necessary actions to drive performance effectively.
  • Team Development: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management, providing timely feedback and follow-up.
  • Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks while efficiently delivering services that meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead various dedicated services that reflect the company's values and expectations, in accordance with site-specific instructions.
  • Prepare and train on detailed and accurate reports using company technology and software during each shift.
  • Maintain proper uniform standards that comply with the company's dress code and appearance guidelines.
  • Demonstrate initiative by arriving punctually for shifts and adhering to time commitments and dress standards.
  • Engage with both internal and external customers on-site, fostering a customer-centric attitude within the team.
  • Effectively coach and de-escalate issues through professional communication.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Dedicated Officers regarding service updates, training, and accountability.
  • Oversee the care and management of any Signal equipment assigned during shifts, including radios and access devices.
  • Manage daily activities to meet key performance benchmarks as set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor.
  • Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to receive updates on client needs and post order changes.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Complete all training modules within the first month of employment.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
