**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University. As a key member of our Practice Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Support Practice Management leadership with scheduling, calendar management, and daily tasks
  2. Manage supply ordering and procurement, ensuring timely delivery of essential materials
  3. Create and edit professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters
  4. Coordinate float staff scheduling and payroll, ensuring accurate expense tracking
  5. Complete payroll for Practice Management
  6. Maintain files and records as needed

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support preferred
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
