Practice Management Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University. As a key member of our Practice Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support Practice Management leadership with scheduling, calendar management, and daily tasks
- Manage supply ordering and procurement, ensuring timely delivery of essential materials
- Create and edit professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters
- Coordinate float staff scheduling and payroll, ensuring accurate expense tracking
- Complete payroll for Practice Management
- Maintain files and records as needed
**Requirements**
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support preferred
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
