Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Spirit Electronics. As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will play a critical role in managing and growing relationships with existing customers in the aerospace and defense industry.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience preferably in aerospace and defense or a related technical field. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field, with a technical background preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer needs, challenges, and future requirements
- Promote Spirit's customer solutions, line card, and engineering services to customers
- Negotiate quotes, sales, and purchase orders with customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
- Flexible schedule, with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
