We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be instrumental in shaping our processes, driving key performance metrics, and delivering exceptional customer experiences as we rapidly grow. Your primary responsibilities will include handling escalated customer interactions, providing direct support during peak periods, and assisting with lead handling to support the team and ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will also oversee daily contact center activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Providing coaching and mentorship to improve team performance and engagement, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and managing scheduling to align with lead volume will be part of your duties. A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and create process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.

The estimated salary for this position is $88,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, on-site position offers flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs.
