At Community Clinic Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Initiatives Coordinator to support our Chief Strategy Officer in tracking legislative and policy changes, analyzing internal data, and monitoring the progress of our strategic plan.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about health equity and community service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in tracking the progress of our strategic plan, providing project management assistance, and developing reports and presentations on legislative changes and strategic plan progress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in tracking the progress of the organization's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with set goals and objectives.
  • Provide project management assistance, utilizing project management systems and software to update activities, track progress against goals, and coordinate with staff.
  • Track key performance indicators related to strategic initiatives and support report preparation for the leadership team.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in legislative policy tracking, data analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within healthcare, public health, or nonprofit sectors.

**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
