Overview

Service Coordination, Inc. is a leading provider of community services, and we are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination of community services, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our CCS program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operational management, including regulatory compliance, program outcomes, and strategic planning. Your primary focus will be on maintaining program efficiencies, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality person-centered services.

You will work closely with our CCS Program Managers to standardize practices across the program, monitor key performance metrics, and initiate action plans as needed. Your expertise will be essential in deploying resources efficiently, facilitating a culture of learning, and reviewing Quality Assurance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain operational responsibility for the CCS program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and achieving program-specific outcomes related to the strategic plan.
  • Oversight of program managers to maintain program efficiencies and ensure effective delivery of quality services within the CCS program.
  • Monitoring of key performance indicators, including quality compliance, retention, financial health, and initiation of action plans as needed.
  • Staffing plans monitoring and resource reallocation to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaboration with all CCS Program Managers to ensure standardization across the program.
  • Deployment of resources efficiently and effectively toward organizational goals.
  • Ensuring that CCS Program contractual and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to improve and maintain program efficiencies and development of sound recommendations based on evidence-based analysis.
  • Facilitation of a culture of learning empowering supervisors to make informed independent decisions as appropriate.
  • Review of monthly Quality Assurance data to identify themes and trends and coordination with Quality Systems to support continuous program improvement.
  • Creation and maintenance of strategic relationships outside of the organization with DDA, providers, and other community entities.
  • Acting as the point of contact for the DDA Regional Office CCS Squad members.
  • Oversight of use of person-centered practices and principles in all services.
  • Assistance with personnel issues and concerns.
  • Ensuring that performance evaluations are completed and submitted to People and Culture in a timely manner.
  • Development and facilitation of monthly CCS leadership meetings.
  • Identification of training needs for CCSs and/or Supervisors based on programmatic trends, themes, or other initiatives identified.
  • Continuous assessment of caseloads and hiring needs and communication appropriately to CCS Vice Presidents and Talent Acquisition to ensure all catchments are appropriately staffed.
  • Engagement in professional development as identified by supervisor or organizational initiatives.
  • Active engagement in succession planning and team member development.
  • Active participation in the strategic plan to ensure that programmatic initiatives are achieved.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Project Management and career development courses completed within the first 12 months of Program Manager start date.

Experience:

At least 3 years in a leadership role at a case management entity. General understanding of core business functions, including project management, accounting and finance, marketing and communications, People and Culture, and legal issues.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with different groups or service systems, and have a strong understanding of Case Management principles. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Suite software and have a reliable automobile to travel to visits, meetings, etc. and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
