Experience Manager

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on service standards and best practices
  • Manage and analyze data to inform service improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on service delivery and guest experience
  • Proven track record of improving service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation is a plus
