Highly Experienced Medical Device Manufacturing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead our cleanroom operations and contribute to the development of an essential implantable healthcare product. Located in Andover, MA, this role offers a competitive base salary (estimated $120k+) and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the RoleThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleanroom activities, driving yield improvements, collaborating with external suppliers, and implementing new product introduction initiatives. Additionally, they will assist with sterilization and validation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee cleanroom operations
- Develop and implement yield improvement strategies
- Cultivate relationships with external suppliers
- Leverage expertise in new product introduction
- Assist in sterilization and validation processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Mandatory medical device experience
- Cardio or implantable device experience is a significant plus
- Familiarity with sterilization and validation processes is beneficial
- Supplier management experience is advantageous
