We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team at Associates Systems LLC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a Human Systems Integration Plan to ensure the health and safety of crew members, reduce human error, and enable effective system operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human-centered design practices to meet or exceed System Requirement Document intent.
  • Maintain and deliver Human Systems Integration Plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide technical expertise to support system development and testing.
Requirements:
  • Engineering or technical degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience in human factors engineering or a related field.
  • US citizenship required.
