Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Act as a liaison between Quality, Production, and the Customer to resolve quality concerns
  • Prepare and transmit shipping documents and ASN as required
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Collect and report customer feedback to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Quality Supervisor
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers
  • Coordinate refunds and exchanges as necessary
  • Maintain customer files and information in Syspro
Requirements
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to retain and recall product knowledge
  • Strong phone and active listening skills
  • Mathematical skills above average
