Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Compensation: $19-$21.50/hour

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - with a requirement for onsite presence three days a week.

Training: Initial training will be conducted fully onsite for a duration of 2+ weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring teams, including travel logistics and maintaining applicant tracking through Success Factors (ATS).
  • Perform administrative tasks such as attaching resumes to calendar invites, communicating with candidates, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation in SharePoint.
  • Act as a primary contact for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in frequent communication to gather or provide information on matters of moderate significance, often of a sensitive nature.
  • Address complex inquiries that may necessitate further investigation and follow-up.
  • Utilize independent judgment to make decisions within general guidelines.
  • Draft and refine documents (letters, memos, presentations) ensuring clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy, while suggesting enhancements to existing communications.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring appropriate sharing of proprietary details with relevant parties.
  • Manage confidential information, particularly regarding company-sensitive matters.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, human resources, administrative roles, or similar fields.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Creative problem solver with a consultative approach.
  • Professional demeanor and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and AI scheduling tools is advantageous.
